There are 20,000 Gentle Organizers (G.Os) and Gentle Employees (G.Es) at Club Med, who work in the villages, but also at the Paris, Lyon, Singapore, Shanghai, Rio de Janeiro and Miami headquarters, in the sales offices situated in dozens of countries and in travel agencies
Our EMEA & France Benelux Swiss (FBS) HR Department is currently looking for his/her future Learning & Development Manager, for a fixed-term contract, based in Paris. The purpose of this position is to support the EMEA Business Unit Strategy : under the direct responsability of the EMEA&FBS HR VP, you will be in charge of developing commercial and managerial competencies within the Business Unit by anticipating and answering training and development needs. Here are some of your missions :
Mission 1: Support Club Med's / FBS & EMEA's vision & strategy and propose training and development programs accordingly
                Build the NMEA training strategy, implement the relevant training plan and follow it up
                Propose training and development programs according to the Group and BU strategy
                Contribute on developing FBS & EMEA entrepreneur and sales driven mindset
Mission 2: Develop, customize and animate training materials to reach out to the commercial teams, managers and new comers
                Lead the necessary and accurate training / development needs analysis
                Deploy or design the relevant training kits
                Maintain and animate an external trainers / coaches network
                Conduct Sales trainings and accompany sales managers in developing their teams according to needs / seniority of the team
                Conduct management trainings (MbCM, etc.)
Mission 3: Coordinate product and tools trainings and animate punctual trainers network
                Integrate product and tools training to FBS & EMEA training plan
                Coordinate punctual trainers, develop their training skills (Train the trainer) and support them in organizing their training kits / sessions
Mission 4: Organize Manager Days, support the organization of internal seminars, lead ad hoc development processes (Key Talents, people review, talent committee, etc.)
                Lead Managers Days project, manage the resource team, define the strategy and training plan of the event, coordinate the trainers, manage the budget
                Support departments heads and country managers in organizing their internal seminars / team buildings
                Lead ad hoc development processes (Key talents, people review, talent committee, etc.)
Mission 5: Collaborate with all managers as a business partner & talents developer

Profil recherché
Job experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in sales training. Applications from experienced sales managers with a first experience in training will be considered as well.
Knowledge : Training conception, design, animation & development policies, sales processes
Skills : Act in line with Group & BU strategy, coaching, development & evaluation skills, macro/global vision, project management, communication skills (written & oral), creativeness, client oriented, confidentiality
Technical skills (tools…) : Digital learning tools, Helios, pack office
Languages : Fluent in English. French or another European language as a plus (Italian, Russian, etc.)
Behaviour : Entrepreneurial spirit, open-minded, team player, flexible, ability to listen, persistent & demanding. Passionate about sales and about commercial teams' performance
